Crash occurs during a fix due to “illegal characters in path”

This bug was also reported on Discord Jan 2nd 2024. The root cause was a bad character in the cache from an old TOSEC DAT that was originally loaded with an old version of RomVault. Refresh All DATs fixed the issue. The issue was originally corrected in RV 3.1.3 but the user did not refresh all dats since then.
