Crash occurs if no DatRoot folder present and then try to add a directory in the DatVault UI

A crash will occur if you try to add a folder from the DatVault UI, but the DatRoot folder does not exist.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open DATVault

2. Delete your DatRoot folder

3. Choose to add a dat

4. On the folder selection screen notice that the left pane is empty

5. Choose to add a directory

6. RV will crash

Expected behavior:

• An error should display letting the user know that the DATRoot directory is missing
