When an archive in a ToSort is repacked the files are raw copied but the modified timestamps for those files are set to TorrentZip dates, however the file is not actually a TZip file. This frequently occurs when cues are removed from a redump cue pack but there are some remaining cues left, which RomVault repacks.
Expected behavior: Files within the repacked archive should retain the original modified timestamps.
