There are cases where RV will associate the wrong character case file with a DAT. If the dat references a character case that is different from what is actually on the case-sensitive filesystem, when this file is removed due to a "not needed because deduped" scenario RV will error. Subsequent L2 scans do not correct the character case in the cache.
