In all versions of RomVault past 3.5.2 a DAT merge conflict can occur when updating DATs. When this occurs the conflict is always between the first DAT in a directory and another unrelated DAT in the same directory when you use auto-created DAT directories.
Because this issue cannot be consistently reproduced, we suspect that its due to a race condition when processing DATs.
