Silent crash while navigating during a fix

RV will sometimes silently crash when navigating around the UI during a fix. This most commonly occurs with interactions with the Game List grid when drilling in and backing out of directories using the double click left/right navigation. RV does not show any error or crash report, but you can see crash info in Windows Event Viewer.

Although this issue has occurred several times, there are no specific reproducible steps to make the issue occur.
