Added in: RV 3.5.1

RomVault is very bright and can cause eye strain. A dark mode option would be greatly appreciated!

Note: This is a work in progress and should be considered WIP or Experimental when its released. WinForms is very limited with its theming options, especially for standard components like scrollbars.
