Ability to delete duplicate files from ToSort

I believe this is currently possible (thinking outside the box), and although not ideal nor neat. It should work (I'm pretty sure i've done this in the past, just by habit)

Move ToSort files into an existing branch (in your ROMRoot tree), scan, fix. All existing dupes from other branches should be deleted, and any non-matching anything should be moved back to ToSort.
