Display how many ROMs are being displayed when using the search/filter text box

Use case would be if I wanted to know how many USA region ROMs I have in my romset. I would highlight my dat in the left window and then use the text box in the top right of RomVault and type in "(USA)" which would filter out and display in the right window only those ROMs that have (USA) in the filename. Rather than me manually counting up all the ROMs that are now being displayed, I would like it if RomVault could say somewhere in that right window how many ROMs are being displayed. Thank you.

Instead of going into detail of what a ROM is or not, perhaps it's sufficient to say that each row displayed in the right hand panel amounts to whatever type is being displayed there. So if I select a DAT-folder on the left hand panel the right hand panel will not show how many DATs (directories) I have. If I double click on one of the DATs (directories) in the right hand panel, I will see the ROMs. So an easier approach might be to simply sum up the displayed rows in the right hand panel? Perhaps create a row at the bottom saying: "Displayed: 1456 rows". Sometimes the rows will be a ROM and sometimes it will be whatever is displayed there!

And of course a typo snuck it's way in there...
...the right hand panel will not show how many DATs... should be ...the right hand panel will now show how many DATs...

Thank you for the clarification. Basically, whatever is being displayed on that right top window, I want to know how many of those are being displayed. So whether a ROM, a set, or whatever it may be, I want to know how many of those there are. So your idea of reading out somewhere how many rows are being displayed sounds like a good plan.

What I am trying to do is set up playlists in Launchbox and I want to make sure that the number of games I filtered out in RomVault match the number of games I filter out in my playlist in Launchbox.
